For orders shipped within the European Union we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Return
For orders shipped within the European Union, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item only if the product is damaged or not as described on the website.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

International Orders (Outside the European Union)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged. Returns and exchanges for any other reasons are not accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is eligible under the conditions above, you may request a return and place a new order separately.
Refunds
