Dea Case provides shipping services for customers within Europe, and selected international destinations. All orders are processed in accordance with standard EU e-commerce practices, ensuring transparency, timely delivery, and customer protection.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of high order volume, processing may be delayed by 1–2 additional days.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the destination:

  • Europe (EU countries): 3–7 business days
  • International (non-EU): 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected delivery method

Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered for specific regions or order values.


5. Order Tracking

You can track your order through the courier’s official website.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the European Union:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
  • Dea Case is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Within the EU, no additional customs fees apply, in accordance with EU regulations.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Dea Case is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect information

8. Lost or Delayed Packages
